Prayer for the Hays family

With a heavy heart we ask for your prayers for the family of Jerry Hays. Jerry passed away Tuesday evening, Feb 26, 2013.

Please be in prayer for Beth, Kerry and Susie, and their other children as they begin to cope with his loss.

Beth and Jerry both have been amazing servants in our church working several different areas, most recently caring for our littlest blessings in the nursery. Jerry was always willing, when he was able, to be in the nursery holding, rocking and loving all the children. He will be greatly missed.
We will make everyone aware of more details as they come about.

Please be in prayer for the Williams/Tobias family.

TJ Tobias has been hospitalized for severe pancreatitis. The doctors are doing everything they can for him in hopes he will make a full recovery.  The doctors said this is only the 2nd time they have seen a case this bad. He is only 27 yrs old and has 3 young children.

Also, this family has just recently suffered the loss of their father at the first of the year. The family has been through so much the last few months, pray for peace, comfort, and healing!

Please pray for Katie Young and her husband.  They are a sweet young couple awaiting the birth of their first baby.  She is due sometime in February and she has had some complications throughout this pregnancy.  Please pray that the baby will be healthy and will not have to be delivered early.  They are hoping for another 2 weeks but we serve an awesome God who is control.

Our Grandson went home but he is not out of the woods yet. 

 So please continue to pray for his healing.  He will be able to return 

to school by the end of the week but he cannot participate in P. E. until 

February seventeenth.  He is a very active young man.  For those who

 do not know on December first my grandson Derrek Clements who lives

 in Canyon was riding a dirt bike and he ran into a fence.  He had a ruptured 

spleen and was in ICU for a couple of days.  December first was his eighth

 birthday.  He has had to be out of school for eleven days.  This boy loves 

school and plays baseball, football and soccer.  So to keep him corralled 

until February seventeenth is going to be a real chore so maybe we need 

to pray for Jim and Misty also.  Thanks for all your prayers.

Kakie Cadenhead, a sweet lady I know from Dalhart (goes to church with my mom and dad), is having surgery on Tuesday, November 20th at the Presbyterian hospital in Dallas to remove a mass they found on her pancreas.  Please pray for the doctors and Kakie as she goes through this surgery.

Please pray for Lisa, Mary Dillard's daughter in law.  They found a mass on her kidneys and they are doing a biopsy to determine what they need to do from there.   Thanks!

Pray for strength for Katelyn and family

Our 17 year old granddaughter Katelyn Draper was inducted into the United States Army November 01, 2012.  Katelyn is a senior at Tascosa High School in Amarillo, Texas and will graduate June 08, 2013 and will ship out July 01, 2013 for basic training. We are really proud of Katelyn choosing to Serve Our Great Country.

Pray for healing!!

My friend Billie Pearson ask me to pray for her daughter Sherry Hackler.  Billie knows the Father and she knows He can make her daughter well.  Sherry Hackler has been diagnosed with Stage 3 Brain cancer.  She has three young children at home.  She is the only family that Billie has left.  So, please pray with me for healing, strength,and knowledge for the doctors that are taking care of Sherry.  Pray that our Father will see that Sherry is needed to be a mother to her children.  We don't know what His plans are for each of us and we don't know what time He will take each of us.  but right now Sherry and Billie needs  our prayers.  Thank you for your prayers.

Please pray for Dolly Burns (Sweet), She went to Branson MO. to visit family and she is in the hospital in very bad shape.  Her daughter Terri Dearmond just called me and said her mom is in a coma and she is having seizures.  The doctors have told Terri they don't know what is going on.  But we know a healer that can take care of ALL problems if it is HIS will, it will be done if we ask.  Please pray for the family too, as they are away from home and concerned for their Mom.  She is in the hospital in Joplin.  Dolly is a member of Temple Baptist here in Dumas.

Update on Kenedi Groves

Kenedi Groves had surgery today to replace her heart with a mechanical heart.  The next 12 hours are crucial.  Please pray for Kenedi to have strength and for the family to feel the Lord holding them up through this difficult time.  Our God is healer and awesome in powers!

Update on Kenedi Groves and Prayers are NEEDED!!

Kenedi and her family have met with her team of doctors and they agree that Kenedi's body is no longer responding to medication and they will put in a mechanical heart on Monday, October 1. This is a very high risk procedure and with this she will continue to be on the transplant list.  Best case scenario would be a heart to come through in the next 2 days to prevent this surgery.  Please pray for a miracle and for strength for the family.  Thanks!!!

Salina Miller

Please pray for Salina Miller.  She is in North West Hospital Emergency room in a lot of pain with some kind of obstruction.  Please pray for healing and strength for all involved.  Thanks!

Kenedi Groves

Please prayer for Kenedi Groves (6 years old), Rob Groves and Kelli Kennedy's daughter.  She is in the hospital in Dallas with serious heart conditon. They are giving her medicine to make her heart strong enough to handle a heart cath which will be done on Monday. The results of the heart cath will determine whether or not she will be placed on the heart transplant list. They have met the 
people on the transplant team. Kelli wanted to thank you all for your 
prayers and thoughts during these days.

Sherri Gardner, daughter of Arlene Stephens, is having a heart cath on Tuesday in Alexandria, Louisiana. Please pray for her and the doctors doing the procedure.

Update on Mattye's niece

Mattye gave an update on her niece..they have taken her off of vent and have been able to remove what they call a bolt that was helping relieve pressure from her brain...thanks so much for the prayers..she is not out of the woods yet, so please keep praying..GOD IS AWESOME
